[생리학] Pulmonary hypertension Classification

1. Primary PHTN(pul. HT)

- 가령 hyperplasia of intima layer,, hypertrophy of the medial muscular layer.... 이것들이 arteries 에서 일어난다. 

- 유전적. 

- drug, toxin

- Conn tissue diseases : SLE, RA(rheumatoid arthritis) : 이것들이 fibrosis 나 vessels 을 herdining 하게 마듬.

- cong.(congenital) heart disease

- LV to RV shunt 있으면 RV 압력 늘어나서 Pul. arteries 에 가는 압력 늘어나서 mPAP 상승. ( Eisenmenger syndrome, VSD, ASD...)

- HIV (pul arterial ht, 200 명중에 1명은 PH 를 보인다.)

 

2. Cardiac disease (LH)

- LV systoilc DFN(disfunction)

- Left diastolic DFN : HFpEF(HF preserved ejection fraction) : 83%의 이질병인 사람들이 PH가 35mmHg 이상이다.
